Return Process

Log in to your Nurserylive account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.
- 2.Upload Evidence
For plants or fragile pots, please upload clear photos or a short video of the damaged product to help our quality team assess the issue quickly.
- 3.Quality Inspection
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the images and details provided to approve the return or replacement based on our quality guidelines.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Upon approval, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
